Pros

Your colleagues are all you really got and they are great people. Direct managers try to make the employees happy but are so dis-empowered and inundated they can't be effective.

Cons

Executives are lacking any understanding of stakeholder concepts of business, setting up the business for long term failure. It's clear the company is trying to take as much as they can from their employees while giving nothing in return.

Executive leadership. Short term decision making, always a new reorg and no long term strategy. Chasing the shiny object to mimic innovation.
