Light workload with chill and friendly colleagues. A lot of team-building activities and events organized by HR.

Cons

You might not learn much from the tasks. Tasks are not that difficult.

Good people but not a great culture

Pros

- the day to day work is easy - most co-workers are good people and looking to get actual work done - decent amount of growth opportunities from a career and skills perspective

Cons

- the current CIO is a horrible leader by creating a culture of fear instead of collaboration - the current CIO is unable to express himself in a non-confrontational manner - the current CIO lacks the ability to clear communicate his vision *if* he even has one
