like a zoo watching managers fight for their empires

no respect for workers, constant lack of leadership, inability to retain and staff or VP levels, poor compensation past base salary

They have a pension Good sick time (evergreen) and disability benefits [For my particular job] the commute is good - I work from home They reimburse a portion of your cell and internet bills Tuition reimbursement (predicated upon successful completion of the class with a minimum grade, and it being related to your career, and it being preapproved form your management chain) Adoption assistance

Crappy vacation policies Mediocre management No direction for the future Limited career paths Very little training Constant reorganization No 401(k) matching Mediocre health plan offerings
