Pros

Many management teams are great and supportive of the team.

Cons

Benefits are horrible and the pay raises are nearly non existent. The only way to get a decent increase in pay is by leaving the company. Company is in the process of off shoring every possible job they can down to Guadalajara Mexico.

Good work-life balance.

Pros

If you don't need direction, and you are a self motivated, you can stand out from the crowd and move up the ranks. There is also a very good work life balance depending on who you report to.

Cons

There isn't much involvement towards employee engagement. There is lots of red tape if you want to change things for the better. The pay is sub par for the Bay Area.
