      Pros

      I worked with great people and a great manager and mentor. There is a strong sense of community and the plant in Cadillac has a nice surrounding area.

      Cons

      The factory workers can sometimes be a little upset about their position and life in general. I heard rumors there is a high turn over rate even within the engineers. Working over 40 hours is the norm for engineers here and is somewhat expected.

      Insurance no overtime. High school atmosphere. Supervisors don't know anything. Managers don't care

      Pros

      The filter group under the leadership of Rick Fiet was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about systems and getting things done.

      Cons

      Some managers did not care how much time and effort employees put in to the business and were not people oriented.
