This place is run by people who are either related to each other in one way or another. I have personally seen a woman with no job experience other than baby sitting get a line lead position and her mother in law worked in the office. I've seen seen friends help friends and family alike while those who had no connection were forced to work harder and watch others kick back and take an easy ride. I was let go myself for attempting to prove the harassment against me. I gave 7 years of my life and worked hard for this company only for them to fire me, deny my unemployment and allow those who harrased me to go unpunished. I have witnessed a high membership of management use a derogatory phrase in the presence of a person of color and blow it off without a second thought. Racism. I will never stop bad mouthing this company.

No reward for excellent workers, no punishment for bad workers, others are expected to pick up poor employees slack. Difficult to receive raise outside of cost of living raise that everyone gets. Issues that cause employees to leave aren’t fixed, work is just transferred to next employee to pick up and also get burned out.
