You get to work with phenomenal people, an executive team and owner that truly care. Skilled recruiters that will make you shine. You will learn a lot about a variety of things including yourself in your time here.

Cons

Ebbs and flows of the economy affect performance, pay, and expectations. This is industry wide so know this before getting into staffing.

Pros

Sometimes the word culture is overused. Sometimes companies preach culture in a way that they are trying to convince others, and themselves, that they have a good culture. Then there is Award. Recognized year over year for having one of the best cultures in the state. Culture here was not created by the company, it is a direct result of the company hiring like minded people whom share the same values. And when you treat them well, a tangible culture is forged from that.

Cons

The staffing industry is very up and down. You have to really work hard to find a good candidate to place.
