Pros

Sometimes the word culture is overused. Sometimes companies preach culture in a way that they are trying to convince others, and themselves, that they have a good culture. Then there is Award. Recognized year over year for having one of the best cultures in the state. Culture here was not created by the company, it is a direct result of the company hiring like minded people whom share the same values. And when you treat them well, a tangible culture is forged from that.

Cons

The staffing industry is very up and down. You have to really work hard to find a good candidate to place.

Pros

I could make this section really long but I'll stick to the basics. It is the culture that makes this the place to be, Also being in a sales role. It's easy for me to sell our solutions because I work closely with the people that provide them. I feel confident in what I am selling because I am surrounded by people working hard to ensure we deliver every day. Our core values are Have Fun, Be Nice, and work hard. They fit my personal values. Also benefits are nice, executive team is great, and I get to be my true self everyday and accepted for who I am.

Cons

The staffing industry is not for everyone. People are unpredictable and there will be times you are let down by things that are out of you or the organizations control. If you can understand it is part of the nature of business you will be just fine.
