Good culture and fun place to work when having good coworkers

Cons

Greedy owner who gives 3% raises. Not alot of growth and if so, best believe you get fancy titles with little raises. High turnovers and big demands for recruiters. All the people who worked more than 5 years have been demoted several times. So sad to see some people still stick around. Pressure their employees to give good ratings for awards. Shady tactics when bad reviews are given, management make their employees write high reviews and have their marketing manager boost ratings with bogus high reviews. Politics when area manager supports blue lives. No diversity in management or Hr.

Family atmosphere, work hard have fun. Special shout out Management, especially Andrea thank you for being knowledgeable, direct, as well as having soft spot, and great sense of humor. I will definitely miss Award.

Cons

I enjoyed working with Award there are some politics like you would have in any job. Overall great experience and a great company to work for. If I ever return to Minnesota. I would definitely want to return to Award Staffing.
