Compensation and benfits are pretty good. I had great people I worked with.

Cons

There is not a lot of room for mobility. Jobs don't transfer much, 40-50 somethings in management, nowhere near retirement.

The company is trying to modernize and re-invent its image after spinning off from DuPont. The leadership has done a good job of defining a mission and setting the culture and course of the company in that direction

Cons

There are some holes in the system and structure that I'm surprised exist with a company that's this large
