      Pros

      It's a job and new hires have the opportunity to work with experienced staff that came from DuPont and who have not yet quit. New hires should take advantage of the experience and learn from them. Dupont respected people and trained them. Axalta does neither.

      Cons

      Don't invest in this company. Axalta is all about "spin". Upper management that has been brought in by the private equity firm that bought the business from DuPont is just spinning a story. It is sad to see a great business go down under incompetent leadership.

      Pros

      Pay is good if you have been here for at least 5 years and those in the front office like you.

      Cons

      One of the most disorganized group of individuals I have ever seen. Constantly a mess as far as communication and organization.
