Pros

If you are a white male with a consulting background you will like it here. It will be like looking in a mirror everywhere you turn.

Cons

Imagine a high stress, high noise, maximum distraction office environment in which you live in constant fear of making a mistake because the new management constantly threatens you with termination. And just for shoots and giggles they regularly terminate batches of 25 or so of your colleagues at a go just so you know they can.

Pros

Good wages, good benefits, lots of potential growth now that it is not under DuPont. We were a cash cow for DuPont and now we get the benefit of how good or business does. Actively going after new businesses and newer technology.

Cons

"Good ol boys club" - many people are not qualified for their current positions. People promoted because of who they know or seniority and not based on qualifications or work ethic. I'd you are good at what you do you may get "stuck" in a position until corporate eliminates the "good ol boys club" currently represented by the plant manager who is a very poor manager and more of just a cafeteria monitor and comic relief.
