As another reviewer mentioned, if you are not in the "Boy's Club", then you are stuck. Get ready to do some major butt kissing if you want to succeed. Prior to the Anchor acquisition, it was NOT like that.
Kevin Hoffman has NO idea what is going on within his organization. He chooses not to be in the "know", and allows previous, defunct, Anchor employees to run the show.
Efolder acquired Anchor, however, eFolder employees were forced to leave (so-called early retirement), fired, or laid off. Anchor employees have taken over the company, and again, Kevin does not care.
Slowly, but surely, moving all positions to be CA based. That means ALL remote functions will be extinguished soon enough.
The execs, nor management are honest, nor have the cojones to discuss YOUR future, or the future of eFolder with its employees, and will lie to you when asked questions.
Company is now being run into the ground by money hungry heathens that do not care about eFolder's mission, or its partners.
eFolder was once cash flow positive, but since the acquisition of Anchor, and its negative cash flow status, things really couldn't be worse, and now the partner's are suffering.
