I have been with Axcient for a year and can easily say that stepping away from a prior Fortune 500 company to work for this MSP-centered backup solution company has been one of the best decisions I have made career wise. Cons
- The only con I can think of is that this company is consistently evolving and change is practically inevitable. However, these changes are done to better the company and with a strong initiative to take a significant share of DR solutions in the backup marketplace.
