Pros
It is difficult to find company in Smolensk which provides better compensation. Big office in city center. Mostly nice people. Experienced team.
Cons
Company pays much higher (sometime in times) if you are relocating to Smolensk. It is frustrating. If you are living in Smolensk you can work for years and manage a whole team but have a salary less than a new junior which relocated from the city next to Smolensk. Company has a lot of talented engineers but there is still a lack of people with true success experience who can lead a team to achieve something more valuable. Almost no chances for promotion. Very rare and small raises.
