Seasoned executive team that have deep knowledge of their market Growing quickly and self-funded, so lots of upside Technically impressive products Lots of growth opportunities Culture of people that get stuff done Engineering and business side is very strong Highly committed team

Cons

Self-funded means that money is always tight The product side is noticeably weaker than the engineering and business side Highly committed teams tend to push through in times of crisis, this diminishes the threat of crisis

Great family team. Management has a clear vision of the industry and its short & long term goals, bringing confidence to everyone. The company is working on multiple security topics for large scale businesses making it a great company to learn and progress. Engineering team has highly skilled senior engineers.

More perks & benefits would have been great to compete with other Silicon Valley startups.
