Pros

Excellent management team. The management team shows very clear company vision, goals, and approaches, is supportive of employees' opinions and feedbacks. They exercise a stellar leadership that makes working for and with Axiad IDS such a inspiring experience. Excellent team play. The team is small, and everyone plays a big part towards the goals and accomplishment. Team members excel in their roles, yet very humble and friendly with work with. Rewarding and inspiring. Your contribution is easily seen, and appreciated. You are making a difference here everyday. For an engineer, you will be able to pick up best security practices, automation mindset, and all kinds of technologies that are inspiring in your career path.

Cons

Work/Life balance is a little off, but understandable for a startup at this stage.

Pros

The people at Axiad IDS are amazing. Everyone is engaged, hard working, collaborative and knowledgeable. While IT in the Silicon Valley can be very fast paced, edging on the cut-throat, the management team is building a company for the long term, with no jerky decisions or inconsistencies, and with true investment in the employees. In addition, if you like IT, right now it does not get much better than to work in cyber-security.

Cons

Lots of work, no place to hide (that is one of those cons that is actually a pro if you are motivated and want to surround yourself with good people...) and you need to be creative as no-one solve your problems for you.

Pros

Since I joined the company, everything that happened was positive. The whole team welcomed me, now it feels like a new family, lots of bonding and fun activities. When you work on an engagement, you never feel alone, people are all knowledgeable and willing to help/ assist. No politics or team fighting each other. Direction the company is taking makes sense and resonates with the market as far as I can tell. Lots of cool tools to play with, learning never stops. I don't feel like I will be bored anytime soon doing this job.

Cons

Small and a bit noisy office but that's understandable due to the size and age of the company. Great location otherwise.
