Pros

Flexible remote work, good benefits

Cons

Loyalty, silence, and hustle culture is rewarded over merit or candor. The contrast from earlier days is stark. If you're considering joining: Come in with clear eyes. The culture has shifted significantly and most people are actively looking for their next opportunity. Have an exit plan before you need one.
