      Pros

      Axios has amazing ambitions and the talent to pull them off in media, and the folks that work here genuinely care about their colleagues. The people team is especially responsive and was absolutely wonderful during the hiring process. It's a company with big goals and I have confidence we can pull them off.

      Cons

      Working in a remote office can be difficult because the company is so focused on D.C. I feel confident that particular issue will resolve with time as more people outside the beltway are hired.

      Pros

      At Axios, you really feel like you're a part of a team. Everyone goes above and beyond in their work and in wanting to help others do their best work. I constantly feel challenged to come up with ideas and not be afraid to share them. The company moves really fast, making it an exciting place to be. There's also great communication within the company and keeping everyone up to date on what's happening internally. It's an impressive place to be and filled with some of the smartest people I've ever met.

      Cons

      Still very much has a start-up feel, which I personally enjoy, but may not be the place for others.
