Pros

- Employees/ leadership are very passionate about what they do and push everyone to succeed - Fast-paced environment that gives way to a lot of opportunities - Management is very transparent with where they are taking the company/ hiring practices and internal news. Employees are given an anonymous forum to ask questions, and founders answer them during all-staff meetings - Teams are collaborative and management emphasizes working closely with colleagues in different areas, which has helped create an integrated atmosphere

Cons

- Given Axios is a media start up in a competitive news environment, employees need to push themselves or risk falling behind. Don't expect to clock in and out
