      Pros

      - Very smart employees, high bar across the board - Making an impact on the world – strong brand recognition - Revenue is high for a ~2 year old company - Not much politics -- and if you make a good case for something, you get support to do it

      Cons

      - Startup, still figuring lots of stuff out - Lots of remote workers – teams with remotes work well but overall company could be better at interacting with remote workers
