Pros

Axios has been a great fit for me. While the expectations are high, I'm also given a lot of room to be creative and pursue projects that interest me. I can't speak for every team in the company, but my team is fantastic, and I feel completely supported to excel at my job.

Cons

They have had some of the growing pains that come with being a start up, but I'm confident the executive team strives to make smart, forward-thinking decisions for the company, while trying to balance openness and communication with employees. They're not always successful, but I do think they make the effort.

Pros

Most everyone here is talented, hard working, and kind. Work/life balance is fair for a start up

Cons

It feels like the company is shifting from its original mission and stated goals about journalism and focusing more on advertising and profits
