Pros

Been at AXIS for some time now (years) and what a great place! Everyone enjoys working; the work/life balance is great not to mention they lead the industry in technology, knowledge and more.

Cons

Pay could always be more, but to be honest they pay a fair wage (not underpaid, but certainly not overpaid).

Good benefits. Don't make waves and you'll do just fine. The nail that sticks up gets hammered down.

Cons

The nail that sticks up gets hammered down. Very socialisitic. Similiar to working for a Japanese company. Ultra-conservative. Decision by committee. Not a place for an entreprenuer. Inflationary salary wages. Becoming a big company - less nimble and more bureaucratic. Anytime you have to remind your emplpyees what the "core values" are. you are in trouble.
