      Pros

      Brilliant technology, fantastic international structure. Huge market potential with a channel model that should work. Great opportunity to over achieve and pretty good financial package.

      Cons

      Very poor sales management, with no clear direction or structure. No support for distribution management, and a micromanaging aloof approach that makes it impossible to succeed. Leaders lead. This one doesn't possess the intelligence or people skills to have any positive impact on success.

      Pros

      Encouraging of employees to work hard and play hard. Expect work to get done but encourages people to interact with each other and not get burnt out. Everyone is very friendly and it is common people will drop what they are doing to help you. It makes you want to as well which creates a pay-it-forward culture. Lots of time off from the first day, benefits are some of the best in the nation. listed as #16 best places to work in the USA for mid-size companies. this is accurate. Live by their core values: act as one, think big, and always open

      Cons

      They have competitive pay but it is not going to be the highest in the industry. What could be money for higher paychecks goes back into the system for fun company events and bonuses. I enjoy being flown somewhere warm every january for an annual kick off but some others would prefer the check

      Pros

      Axis truly cares about its people and making sure they have work life balance (difficult to transition to this way of thinking for a workaholic) and they do listen to employees needs. Also just announced an expansion plan that has already helped improve vertical growth. There has always been growth opportunities at Axis, though more outward than upward. Great place to learn and they give you the room to decide how you want to develop. Allows to be independent, but still collaborative.

      Cons

      Fantastic to work here but sometimes decision making process can be slow at times, if something needs to be approved by Lund office.
