      The best part of this company is the people and company culture (thank you Swedes!)...oh and they make great Network Video products too.

      Cons

      Changed quite a bit when it started to grow quickly; but that's the case at many companies.

      Great Place To Work

      Pros

      The company culture and fellow employees make going to work every day enjoyable. Even coming from a totally different industry, you feel right at home with all of the friendly faces here at Axis.

      Cons

      It's a smaller company that was quickly growing before the pandemic, hopefully when all goes back to normal the growth will ramp back up!

      Pros

      Axis is the market leader for network video solutions. So stability is a big deal, especially today where companies are always absorbing other companies. The people are great. Your opinions and voice matter. Great perks and team building events. Excellent Benefits and flexibility!

      Cons

      Just a few growing pains but nothing to really complain about.
