Pros

True team spirit, where everyone works hard to go the extra mile, and it is appreciated all around. From the top to the bottom, everyone contributes and chips in where they can. A big company that feels small, with the perfect amount of fun.

Everything! I've been in this industry since 1974, and have Never worked with a better group of people or company.

Cons

Pay may be a bit below average, but money's not everything! I wouldn't trade the cultur for a little more money.
