Pros

Great company culture. I can't think of a single person who isn't a pleasure to work with. Solid benefits, lots of training and development opportunities. Approachable management. Flexible hours. Internal promotions are frequent.

Cons

Can be frustrating working with the Swedish consensus culture which slows down decision-making.

Thank you for your feedback. We are continuously looking for ways to improve and streamline, but we are also very cautious when making changes. This sometimes makes us a bit slower than we would like when implementing new ideas. I am sure your former colleagues at Axis miss you, just as you miss Axis!
