* Relaxed work environment (great for lazy people)

Cons

*Poor Salary and benefits * Witnessed harassment whilst at the work place, was very disappointed that management did very little about it * I also experienced an older employee make a racist comment whilst I was sitting with a manager at lunch and the manager pretended nothing happened. * failed to provide growth opportunity *pointless meetings were the boss would ramble for hours despite being told several times that they needs to be better with time management!

Pros

Everything! Work life balance. You are allowed to work over time, but you are not required to. Management really knows what they are doing and looks at the individual first. Employee development! They really want their employees to grow. Does not only see them as one head count, but as an individual thats there to grow in the company. Benefits are awesome! Loads! Good, market benched, salary!

Cons

I have not found any yet! Maybe the growth speed (hiring 1 person approximately every day) might cause a problem in the long run.
