Pros

There was a lot of freedom. Great Products and exposure to various technology.

Cons

I experienced bullying from my manager which slowly became serious. I roped everybody in to solve the problem - the big boss, HR and the union. Nobody, absolutely nobody wanted to get to the root of the matter. Managers were sacred and were meant to be left untouched or protected. In the end I was making too much noise and they bought me out and kept the bully. I was not the first person to be bullied in my team. And I guess I will not be the last. The Company values are just bull. It's just on paper. It's never reviewed and no feedback is solicited from employees.

Pros

- Strong communication and management skills - Can work under high pressure. - Rather serious and sensitive in work - Friendly and kind to help other people. - 10 years experiences in Distribution Sales Company

Cons

- I don’t want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the business wellhead of schedule. - Being organized wasn’t my strongest point, but I implemented a time management system that really helped my organization skills. - I like to make sure that my work is perfect, so I tend to perhaps spend a little too much time checking it. However, I’ve come to a good balance by setting up a system to ensure everything is done correctly the first time.

Pros

Good culture from Sweden, one goal global wide

Cons

Management in Singapore pathetic, bullies, no idea how to localise culture, arrogant. The culture and values are destroyed with the current management structure here in Singapore. I cant believe Ray doesn't see it.
