      Benefits, salary and NIH experience.

      Cons

      Management does not know what they're doing. Hostile work environment. No training or set sops. The company cares only about the contractors, and the money they bring into the company. Just don't do it. I hated my time here and was berated, insulted, and treated less than while working here. I'm surprised they don't have a lawsuit on their backs yet.

      Projects are progressively multiplying requiring more staff and project leaders. The company staffs positions with qualified people, yet more are needed as projects are developed.
