Pros

The benefits used to be good - 401k match and great health insurance for me and dependents.

Cons

This used to be a good company to work for but the quality of communication and care for employees is no longer there. The company abruptly changed health insurance benefits just after the typical end of year enrollment. The monthly premium increased and my family was unable to change to my spouse’s plan due to the timing. The timing was either unintentional, reflecting some internal company issues with decision making, or intentionally cruel. When I left the company after my contract position was eliminated, the company offered to pay PTO weekly until it was exhausted and allow employees to keep health insurance for well over a month. However, I was notified with two days notice that, No, they changed their mind and would cancel insurance in two days. There’s gate keeping of information, and the company provides one point of contact for contract employees, with frequent changes in who this person is and no notification when it changes.

Pros

Intelligent people permeate the culture. Exceptional health care benefits. Fully remote work.

Cons

Siloed management, siloed culture. Below average salaries resulting in key positions remaining vacant far too long. Lacks inclusiveness and transparency. Lack of meaningful communication and support from leadership.

A Perfect Combination of Terrible HR and Management Team

Pros

I don't know why anyone would bother reading something positive about a company where employees can't wait to get away!

Cons

The management was terrible, and the HR was the worst. It was hard to say which one was more ridiculous. The employees suffered due to these awful people. We were offered poor and lowest possible pay, and there was no team bonding. The leadership didn't even care about employee communication. I felt bad to be cut off like that.
