      Pros

      Pay but nothing else so be ready to sell your soul

      Cons

      Management, ethics, culture, work environment. The most toxic environment ever. Well beyond a boys club. HR, nice try getting the kids just starting to up your ratings. This place should have a sign on its revolving front door that says danger do not enter. Don’t let the BS message about the mission cloud your judgment. They make fun of the customers that they claim to honor. Glad I got out quickly and sad to see how many lives this place plays with. Once day someone will do some kind of investigation and we can watch the ceiling blow off this show.

      Pros

      I have been with Axon for a few years and I feel like I won the career lottery. This is such a fast growing company, one of the best in the area. Our mission is impactful and the main driver behind the relentless work the team holistically puts in across the org. It’s been fun to create process for this company too as we scale. I’m surrounded by hard working team members, i’m valued & supported, and I see a runway for my goals. I am happy to be apart of the Axon team. It’s also a great culture and fun place to be. Awesome perks - snacks, drinks, casual dress, unlimited PTO, flexibility for hours. Lots of growth over the years.

      Cons

      Fast paced - you need to be a go getter to keep up. Not a con to all.
