Axon team is thoughtful about what the company's products do, how its customers will use them, and what any unintentional consequences might be. The company also has an AI and Policing Technology Ethics Board that provides additional input and guidance around new products and initiatives.

Cons

Company is working on diversity. Have heard this set up as a key focus, but there is still a lot of progress to be made, especially among leadership.

Nice co-workers, and awesome projects.

Cons

The management overall is really bad especially in engineering. You will hear and notice lots of discrimination and bad management practices. This place fires people more than they hired during my time. I would not join this place at least now. Maybe the new eng executive will fix those issues but I doubt it. I strongly don’t recommend if you are looking for a stable and secure job. You will fear being fired since your day one.
