      Pros

      Learned a lot about Fed/Gov procurement. Teaches you about the world of law enforcement. Building relationships in the industry. Working with City Council and stakeholders to roll out implementation packages.

      Cons

      - Low Morale - You're only as good as your number - Constantly left for weekends feeling stressed - Poor work/life balance - Commissions are paid out late and often need to be combed through to verify accuracy in pay.

      Growing company. Can work from home for some jobs.

      Cons

      Vaccine mandate! Which there is no government law for the mandate and they rather loose a great employee for this Farce. Management don’t have a back bone. Keep bowing to the government.
