I joined Axon in late 2019 after a long career at both big tech (Amazon, Microsoft) and startups with successful exits. I've always been most fulfilled when I can say that what I'm building is actually good for the world in addition to being great products, tech, and business model. I've had things with more (and less) of that over time --- but Axon is 100x anything I've had the privilege to be part of before. #WriteCodeSaveLives is very real here -- and with a company that's still Founder-led after 30 years, the mission is foundational to the culture all day, every day.

Cons

Axon is intense and has a high bar, like any world-class high-growth tech company. But that also means it's not for everyone.
