Benefits are far better than my last place but the fact that there is only a high deductible and then normal PPO plan is odd. This isn't just me I have asked around to many many people in all tech space and they all say the same thing.... "That is odd", but again what they offer in that High Deductible Plan is leaps and bounds better than what I had at my last place of employment. to be honest I really had to think about what would be considered a con. Any job you take can any number of the same exact "cons" per say but to be honest I have yet to find and or see what I would consider a "Red Flag" and that speaks volumes in my book. So, take this con for what it is rather than taking it and making more out of it than it really is.

Every company has cons, but in my opinion, Axon has very few. Hours can be long when issues arise, but the company does prioritize work life balance. Axon has recognition programs which are great, but not all managers take the time to use the programs to recognize their people. I see this as an individual issue, not a company issue, as most managers prioritize a good culture and personnel development.
