Pros

- Company disrupting the public safety space, one day at a time. - Working with those who create the tech that is shaping the future of the world. - Very strong executive leadership team including: CRO and VP of Inside Sales. - Excellent advancement opportunities, I was promoted one year in.

Cons

- Some growing pains, in regards to continuity of teams. But, they have put in place great communication tools like Voxer, Slack, etc. Additionally, they continue to have sales conferences and many other opportunities to network; both professionally and socially. - Hard to get hired, they are very selective. This is actually a positive, because they are attracting top-tier talent.

Pros

Mission Driven company from top to bottom Work Life balance Provide positive atmosphere to build rapport internally through meetings and annual trips (grand canyon camping/rafting/hiking) Serving those that serve us Customer feedback focused

Cons

As with any company growing there are things that need fixed, however this turns into a Pros as mgmt looks for you to point it out and suggest how to fix it.

Pros

I've found that this is a place where you have a great amount of control over your destiny. If you come in with a positive outgoing attitude and do good work, you'll find you have greater responsibility and opportunities for impact. The people are great, really smart and supportive and welcoming. I've never been more excited or motivated by work than I am here, and I've never had more impact on users and products than I do here. They keep the bar high, leadership makes a point of making themselves available to employees, and the company is generous with benefits and employee activities and events.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, which is a sign of success, but also has the potential to put strain on the company's culture, so things could change in the future, but we've grown a lot while I've been at the company and it still feels like a good place to be. Our growth has also helped motivate the company to improve the benefits offerings and maternity leave policies.
