Pros

The compensation is decent at least.

Cons

Axos Bank has a very fast - paced and stressful work environment, and the leadership uses this to make excuses and defend the inefficient environment and high-pressure work atmosphere. Our leaders provide minimal support to employees, if at all. And they always say that we knew what we were getting into when we joined this company. But the reality is, they're just too lazy and incompetent to provide proper support and guidance.

Axos offers an environment where employees are encouraged to learn through experience, collaborate with their teams, and gradually build confidence in their role. We emphasize ownership and initiative, and employees are encouraged to identify opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies, and help shape how work gets done. We hope you addressed your concerns with management.

Pros

Bonuses were based on performance and generous to generally match actual performance so that was nice but half is stock that is 3 year vesting and most people don't stay longer than a year.

Cons

Pay is what it is but to be told there's no range but then find out there is one later just leaves a bad taste in your mouth

Compensation is guided by a merit based philosophy that rewards individual performance. Pay decisions reflect a combination of factors, including role scope, experience, market considerations, and demonstrated impact. While base pay may not always be negotiable, performance based incentives and bonuses are a key component of our overall rewards structure and are designed to recognize contributions over time.

Pros

Chance to gain hands-on experience in email, digital, and content coordination work. Good internal communication and effective work tools. Competitive pay and benefits. Somewhat rigid processes, but that sometimes prevents confusion.

Cons

Danger of burnout if you don't pace yourself, priorities not always clear

We’re glad to hear you’ve found value in the hands‑on exposure, collaboration, and tools available in your role, as well as our pay and benefits. Marketing work can move quickly, and we recognize the importance of clear alignment and sustainable workloads. This is an area we continue to focus on as teams grow and priorities evolve.
