The “Animal Farm” of FL Cannabis

The pay is very competitive for the area. Benefits are decent

Cons

Management on the farm is the same people who started the original farm 5+ years ago, and the workplace can be very cliquish. If you disagree with someone who is above you, good luck moving up, even if you are correct and doing your job to a T.

Cons

Upper management has no regard for lower workers, only care about the bottom line Decisions are made with no real thought into effort or execution Very little communication between upper and lower management Promises to hourly workers are rarely kept or are dragged out into many months, i.e. raises and promotions
