- Leadership was nice and approachable - Pay and benefits were good

Cons

- Management played favorites - Work-Life balance was poor -Lots of Executive and Sr level turnover which causes dysfunction and constant change, Rarely any stability after internal change or acquisition - Turnover and changing priorities led to those who stayed to take on considerable more work - Sometimes unfair expectations around priorities and workload

Pick your own breaks, the actual work is easy

Cons

Certain teams get better treatment than others, the only way to move up is to play their game of favorites and office politics. People who have been there a short time and mess things up always get promoted when they rub elbows with the right people while the people who are good at their job get reprimanded for not doing enough. Management also loves to say negative things about the techs to other techs. So you will always hear how management is not satisfied with you from other techs months before they say directly to you.
