-Company is growing at a rapid rate

Cons

-Company is growing rapidly, but outside of its means. Resources are low -Pay is Below Average -Very quick burnout. Finding yourself working all hours and it still does not feel like enough -Very little growth opportunities or rewards -Disorganized and antiquated processes -Sales driven environment gets pushed on you in even more scientific functions -Poor company culture. They show more value towards their revenue than to the employees who are driving the organization.

Used to have a lot of good things such as feeling like a startup, only having to come in-office two days of the week, fun company events, fun work culture. All of those things are now gone, they sucked the life out of this company.

Cons

- Constant rounds of layoffs, if you're left after a round there is no plan in place for what team to move you to or what to work on - Disorganized, getting rid of important people vital tot he company - Mandatory coming into the office, even though it is mostly empty and you join all your meetings on calls anyway - Dishonest senior management and leaders, feels like they are hiding things about the company from you - Company culture has turned sour, very anxious and depressing vibe when walking into the office

Extremely nice people. Good medical good time off.

Cons

You can't trust these private equity people.for 5 minutes. Their only interest is cutting costs to make the financials.Look better, no matter how hard they will work.You to death. Keep laying off people and adding more work to employees.And people are leaving like flies. Private equity ruins everything.
