decent benefits working for azenta

Azenta claims one of it's core values is "put people first, we put employees above all other business priorities, as success is realized through our people" their actions speak otherwise. questions submitted for the company to review are blatantly ignored, while they answer "easy questions" instead of answering questions from it's current employees, they provide a blanket, generic statement regarding issues. Azenta values prospective employees that have no prior experience with Azenta, rather than promoting/valuing employees that have been with the company for years. They should be ashamed for the blatant disregard for employee concerns/questions.

Cons

Their mangers are mean girls in Genomics and SRS. They have a clique and everyone can't wait to jump on you for a font mistake. Anyone who writes a good review here is probably a manager or their horrible human resources who don't give a **** if you are getting treated unfairly. Stay away from this place!

Horrible management , built on friendship and rubbing shoulders. Grey area in management for firing hard workers that all happen to be minority races. Will fail you on a wip-check with no evidence or documentation. Will put you on probation if you complain to HR. Will give you systemically damaged jobs for the day then blame you for not registering samples that are systemically broken. Will place you in a room and yell/ cause you of being a bad employee until you leave. Limited growth opportunities. Lack of diversity in management. MANY WORK RELATIONSHIPS IN MANAGEMENT
