Corporate does not listen to employees although one of their values is "Putting People First." Employees were asked to work from home before COVID and have continued to do so after previous discussions with HR. Now, corporate is requiring employees to return to the office with minimal notice and have not been flexible or understanding. Corporate will send our surveys asking if employees like WFH, etc. but then our opinions are not taken into account.
