Pros
I have enjoyed working for this company for several years. This is truly a wonderful team who cares about putting our clients needs first and creating the most innovative products in our industry to best serve them. I have always felt my ideas are heard/listened to and I feel appreciated and respected by management. If you have integrity in your work, be consistent, and work hard, you will be recognized/rewarded for your efforts. I have also learned so much about the industry during my time here and have been challenged to grow in my own skill sets and leadership capabilities.
Cons
There is a high demand for our services from our clients so the schedule/workload can get quite busy at times. But for someone with a good work ethic and who is detailed oriented, managing a busy schedule of clients should not be a problem.
