Do not work here, looks nice on the surface but don't be fooled

Pros

Nice co-workers and peers. Everyone who you work with is very nice and friendly.

Cons

Poor pay, micro-management/time-keeper software, untrustworthy upper leadership, lack of internal training, lack of internal support, gaps in communication, only hires from Consolidated Communications and never promotes internal employees. Only way to receive a raise is by getting promoted.

Pros

Lots of work to do. Nice office. Relaxed rules on breaks and vacation time. Nice coworkers

Cons

Bad pay for positions. Overwork you, even if you inform them you are overwhelmed. Higher ups don't seem to care.
