Job security, coworkers are collaborative & support one another

Cons

Management actively engages in micromanaging & makes statements (such as planning to replace existing roles with AI) that are highly damaging to morale.

Pros

Nice co-workers and peers. Everyone who you work with is very nice and friendly.

Cons

Poor pay, micro-management/time-keeper software, untrustworthy upper leadership, lack of internal training, lack of internal support, gaps in communication, only hires from Consolidated Communications and never promotes internal employees. Only way to receive a raise is by getting promoted.
