Cons
Very poor leadership and communication between departments and headquarters in Germany. Constantly shifting of directions days before a deadline approached just because management refused to involve and inform all the appropriate teams when a project started. Had to constantly put out small fires which created a tremendous amount of unnecessary work. In my opinion most of the frustration could have been avoided if the company offered some type of TRAINING to their employees and IF PROCEDURES were available. It felt like management had a small size company mentality that gets many people trapped on a job without possibilities of career advancement unless you move on.
