8yThank you for posting on Glassdoor! Management takes every step to ensure that employees are treated fairly and receive the information that they need to be successul. Unfortunately, managers are not always made aware of problems but will ensure immediate and swift action if given the opportunity to address concerns. We would challenge our current employees and potential employees who read this to approach management to find a solution. Anonymity is important and crucial in some cases, however, we must know who to approach to rectify an issue. Thank you for the compliment and the advice to management!
