      Team Members were a delight to work with.

      Cons

      *Management in US has been chaotic and without focus. The constant change within the organization does not allow for team unity, long-term thinking, or the ability to streamline processes. *Little trust between management and team members *Constant turnover with the inside and outside team members. This greatly affects the product knowledge and way to market.

      You work with some great people. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      If you don't get in with the clique fahgetabout it. You may as well not exist! There is NO ONE to.go to with your issues. They are all in the clique! There is a lot of backstabbing, no accountability from management, and if you make a mistake you are forever an idiot in their eyes.

      Burkert offers excellent benefits for healthcare 401k, dental, vision, etc...

      Cons

      You have a very short amount of time to become part of the favored clique. If you do not make the cut be prepared to take the brunt of blame for shortcomings as well as a lack of consideration for promotion. Im sure this is a common issue with most companies but it is particularity exacerbated here.
