      Flexible hours and easy workload. Hours are flexible.

      Cons

      Poor management. Poor communication. No repercusssions for personnel who decide they will do whatever they want.Very limited advancement opportunities.

      Great company. Too many long term personnel. Tactics are stale. Takes forever to get anything done.

      Pros

      Great people. Overall most of the people at the company are really good and knowledgable. They are willing to work together to accomplish tasks.

      Cons

      Pay scale is weak. Upward mobility is very limited. Everything needs to be approved by everyone, so it takes a long time to accomplish tasks. Management is not open with information. Upper level VP's and above are out of touch and therefore any business plan makes sense as long as you can justify numbers.

      decent benefits, vacation time, flexibility as to how you will work your 60-80 hours per week with no recognition or overtime.

      Cons

      uses the new healthcare law to rationalize treating employees poorly and also as a catalyst to limiting growth potential and salary increases.
